Well, well, well, I can say that I am impressed by what Barcelona pulled off during the just concluded winter transfer window.

Could Barca be on their way to top and consistent form again?
Even before the anticipated show starts, I can not but imagine a reform of the recent Barcelona team. With speedsters proving that they have their legs wrapped around the La Liga already with the likes of Vinicius Junior, Arnaut Danjuma and Boulaye Dia thwarting La Liga defences with their pace, Barca have added to their ranks not only a ‘Bolt’ but also a fearsome player in Adama Traore. Though Adama is only a loanee, i want to believe he could really add a significant touch to this Barca side as he once proved this while rising through the ranks at Barcelona some years ago.
I don’t need to be a La Liga defender to imagine a Barca side with Traore among other interesting signings.
Barca also pulled off a cheeky stunt through the signing of Aubameyang! Not even on loan but a free transfer. I think Barca deserves huge credit for this one. Aubameyang to be unveiled today at Barca. With that set to happen, we might get a taste of what Auba has come with as soon as the next match. I can’t let go of the imaginary clip containing chants and commentaries of a front three containing Aubameyang, Depay and Traore with the added option of former Man City starlet, Ferran Torres among other young talents presently flooding the Nou Camp, that has been playing in my head.
Chills must be running down the spines of Barca fans as of this moment, in anticipation of what is set to come.
Depay also, might finally be getting that compliment that he seems to have been craving for a while now. The target man can be cut a slack finally.
Very well to the back of the midfield line and into the 18 yards box, oh my… Barcelona seems to have it all set I repeat. Just imagine a confident Gerard Pique, Jordi Alba, Araujo or whoever gets to support Pique and the very one Mr. World, Dani Alves. I want to believe that any average defense will be pushed to do better with the presence of beautiful forwards ahead of them, not to talk of a defensive unit like this one, full of the experience.
Is it experience? Is it young blood freshness? Is it vibrant inclusion from the by-lines? Barca might have it all.
It remains to be seen if Barca will grab on this one and get back on their feet, into their formidable position.
Drop how you feel about these additions in the comment section below.
